The Impeccable Parlor was first opened in 2012 in Colorado Springs, Colorado under the name Tranquility Girls Cleaning. In 2016 Jaclyn Ornelas reopened the company in Memphis TN under the name The Impeccable Parlor. Jaclyn started the company after being a stay at home mom and military wife of 10 years, in 2010 her husband was injured in Afghanistan and was no longer able to work so she started the company to make more money to provide for her family, when she realized that this was more to her than just a cleaning company, she was helping bring happiness into the lives of others by providing the best possible cleaning service in the area. Jaclyn has spent the last year dedicating her time to expanding the company in the Memphis and surrounding areas.
